Infopath filling problem

HI,

we are using Sharepoint online service for long time. Alse we are using info path forms 2013. When I try to fill the form I get this error:

****Warning
The amount of data that was returned by a data connection has exceeded the maximum limit that was configured by the server administrator.
Click OK to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors.****

My infopath form is connected to user information list (about the list), so the name and surname of the current user logged in on Sharepoit Online is automatically filled in the proper field in the form. After this error, I clicked OK, and the name and surname are not filled anymore, and the field is blank.

Could You suggest solution for this problem?

Hi @Marija Zorić ,

This error may be caused by that the limitation data connection response size. The limitation data connection response size is set to 1500kb for Form Services by default in SharePoint online. In SharePoint on-premise we can set this limitation in Central Administration but in SharePoint online we are not able to change this limitation. You could remove the unnecessary fields to pull less data. And you could try to use Power Apps forms instead of Infopath forms. Microsoft Power Apps Community

Hi,

tnx for help. I have another question, when I go to user information list : https://mydomain/_catalogs/users/simple.aspx i see that there is a 1000 user accounts.

I wanted to delete some of them, and then I saw that there is more then 5000 items in the list, I am not sure how?

I will post the picture for you to see.

Will the reindexing option in advanced settings of this list help, or maybe filering the defaul view?
