I am locked out of my personal account as my recovery email address is set as the same as the one I am locked out of. I have filled out an Account recovery form each day but I get no response even though Microsoft claim to respond within 24 hours. Meanwhile I have no access to the M365 services that I paid for. How do I get a response? How does this system work?

Thanks for the ideas DSPatrick, but the frustration is not getting any feedback. There is no ticket number of sense that anything is happening. Initially at least the system would reject if there wasn't enough information provided or if I had taken too many attempts. Now, nothing. I can't see how to get an on-line chat functioning for this item. Any ideas what route to take?

I have the same problem. My Hotmail and Office 365 was locked a few weeks ago. All my attempts to recover the paid account remain unanswered. So much for the "24 hour response" promise!!!
