Problemas com KB5009546 e KB5009557

Após a instalação do KB5009546 no Windows Server 2016 e do KB5009557 no Windows Server 2019, tiver problemas com os servidores, pois eles começaram a reiniciar após a mensagem de erro abaixo:

Your PC Will Automatically restar in one minute
Windows ran into a problem and needs to restart. You should close this message now and sabe your work.

O problema parou de ocorrer somente após eu remover os updates.

No momento estou com dois equipamentos que não posso instalar updates, pois os que informei acima estão na lista de instalação, e poderá causar o problema novamente.
