Gmal account schedule exam

I am trying to book a exam and connect to my certification profile.

Each time I get a error message. One keeps saying that I need to log into a outlook account, but I know that it is possible with a gmail account. Why is this happening?
I cannot make a certification profile, nor schedule an exam.
