Getting messages for deleted account

Hi,
I use MFA for several accounts and added a general account of a customer to my Authenticator for testing purposes.
Since I did not need this account anymore (Customer put MFA on an own device) I deleted this account from my Phone.
Now I get several times a day a message the allow login for this session, but when I open Microsoft Authenticator, I receive a message that this account does not exist anymore.
How to solve this phenomenon???
