Have new user in the company and he uses Microsoft Authenticator for his Home Office edition using his personal Gmail account. We set him up on his new iPhone, installed Microsoft Authenticator, and it sent an approval code to his personal account. Now we are stuck in a loop where Authenticator IS NOT fully configured on his new iPhone (clean, brand new ID) and we cannot complete steps to register his phone. We are in an endless loop of "I can't use my Authenticator App right Now"
How does it link the two if the two accounts are using different email ID's and how do you get past this loop of not being able to use the app right now?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
