Is there a way to tell if a SharePoint Online list was created from the Teams application?

Hello all,
Some users in my company have created Teams, but then have interacted directly to the SharePoint Online site rather than through Teams. They have created custom lists and libraries in the site rather than through the Teams channels or the "Lists" tab.

Is there a way to identify the SharePoint sites that are being used in this way? Or, possibly a way to identify if a site's lists/libraries were created from the Teams app rather than in the UI of the Team's connected SharePoint site?
I've been trying to find differences using the SharePoint PnP PowerShell module but I haven't found any differences.

Thanks for your help,
Kevin

    @Kevin Worthington

    Per my knowledge and test, identifying whether a list or a library is created from the Teams app or from the UI of Team's connected SharePoint site is not available.

    A list or a library created from the Teams app or created from the UI of Team's connected SharePoint site looks essentially the same.
