is the error that I get when I try to update my Windows.
The thing is, my PC is conected to the internet, BUT the Microsoft says I am offline.
I tried to restart, run the troubleshoot program, but it DOESN'T work as I have no internet.

I need to update my windows, please help!

I'd check that the Firewall service is running.
