rld errors in powerpoint

Question

I am using Microsoft 365 and got a few rld errors in a large powerpoint file.
Has anyone successfully fixed these kinds of errors without having to recreate the file completely?
The image part with relationship ID rld3 was not found in this file
The image part with relationship ID rld1 was not found in this file
The image part with relationship ID rld8 was not found in this file
I'm not buying that it cannot find the images as the whole file and images were saved in my cloud account.
And I've kept my versions up to date.
I think it's something else - I'e contacted Microsoft and the technician could not figure it so they were supposed to elevate it and no luck with the next level of technician . So I thought I'd check here.

Where did you get the PowerPoint files?
What version of Office did you create the PowerPoint file?
I suggest you try to open the file in earlier version of PowerPoint and check the result.
Can you find the images from local folder? You can try to change the images location and re-link in PowerPoint.
As you said the file is saved in cloud, you can save the file and images at the same cloud folder.
I also suggest you install the latest updates for Office in PC.

What cloud account? Only OneDrive and SharePoint support online editing of Office files. Other cloud services are not engineered to do the job and and will lose placed pictures. This is well known and has been observed many times.

You'll have to redo the picture placement.
