In this case, the interpretation for Enterprise computers is exactly for Domain managed computers (or devices enrolled with enterprise policies).
You can always install the KIR package as described in the article below, but for enterprise managed devices (meaning you can make bulk changes, Microsoft suggest a more global approach which is to apply those MSI packages through GPO below:
