Hello Expert,
I have a scenario where different autopilot devices have different site location and that need to put in their respective location OU.
for this I plan for group tag suppose

  1. Assign US autopilot device US group tag then create a US dynamic group then assign a domain profile with OU :US in DC.
  2. Assign IND autopilot device IND Group tag then created a ind dynamic group then created another new domain profile with OU:IND in dc and assigned in ind group.

will applying same Hybrid Autopilot profile for all the devices irrespective their location.
is this feasible way to do it.
following the link concept .https://www.anoopcnair.com/computer-name-during-windows-autopilot-intune/

Thank
Richkm

    @Richkm , Thanks for posting in Q&A.

    Based on my experience, it can works. For the dynamic group, Intune's group tag field maps to the OrderID attribute on Azure AD devices. We can use this attribute to create two groups.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/autopilot/enrollment-autopilot

    For autopilot profile, we can assign to the both groups. For the domain profile, we can assign the one with US location to US group and assign the one with IND location to IND group.

    Meanwhile, share a good article to troubleshoot Windows Autopilot Hybrid Azure AD Join if we need in the future:

    Hope it can help.
