Hi Team,
We are unable to solve the issue with the outlook indexing or searching. Few users face the same issue with the search when they search something that ends with the incomplete results like 2 weeks ago, sometimes 2 days ago as on. And one of the user is facing a reindexing problem as his indexing starts again & again whenever he receives a new email.
For the Above problem we have changed Indexing location change but it didn't work as well, we rebuilt the indexing too.

Please Note : We have tried all the solutions over Gsync suit (Mostly), Pop and Imap facing the same issue.

Share permanent solution.

    Hi @Ranju Pillai
In order to verify, please provide some related information:

    1. What is the version of your windows?
    2. What version of Outlook are you using?
    3. Did the user perform any special action prior to this situation? Like Windows Update?

Based on my search, I found the recent known issue that @Robert Sparnaaij [MVP] mentioned, it is recommended that you try the temporary workaround for "Disable Windows Desktop Search" mentioned in the article.

Besides, there are also alternative for your reference:

    • Check for Windows updates
Click Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates. Install any available updates, and then restart your computer if the updates require it.
    • Run the Search and Indexing troubleshooter
Start >Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Under Find and fix other problems, select Search and Indexing.
Run the troubleshooter, and select any problems that apply. Windows will try to detect and solve them.
