How can Azure Migrate be used to perform a full end-to-end migration assessment and execution for on-premises workloads, and what are the key phases involved in migrating both VMs and SQL Server databases to Azure SQL Managed Instance?

If you are planning to migrate completely from on-premise to Azure, you can leverage Azure Migrate to assess your workloads and move them to Azure cloud.
