Dear Community,

We want to apply Time Format (DD/MM/YYYY of Region: English Pakistan )group policy from Windows Server 2012 R2.
When I see the Regional option in windows 10, I get the option English Pakistan in drill down List. But When I want to apply the Regional option i.e. Englsih Pakistan GPO from DC, I dont see it under the List as its not available in Windows Server 2012 R2. How can I apply this Group Policy? Is this available in Windows Server 2019?

How can I achieve it?As I want to push this specific format through GPO on all Client Machines.

Also tell me Will any setting/service be affected domain-wise If I apply English-Pakistan Regiona168220-image1.png168225-image2.png from DC's end as right now Client have US English Selected as default since the time of OS installation.

    Hi there,

Try the below steps and see if you can see the format in the drop-down.

Open Group Policy, user configuration -> preferences -> Registry right click and collection item use a name as u wish and click that.

Then go to the right pane and right-click, New -> Registry wizard, then next HKeyCurrentUser -> Control Panel -> International and use the down pane and select "sLongDate" and click finish.

Here is a thread as well that discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue.
