I'm having the same problem with Microsoft 365 Business Premium on outlook.office.com. Is there any other information you need to help?

Troubleshooting for my Rackspace IMAP client. While creating an email in outlook online. (web browser) Outlook is randomly creating multiple drafts, sometimes it will function normally, other times it will send one, but leaves another draft. Client is remote so difficult to access machine. I have researched "googled" all variations of this question and it seems to be an issue but no clear cut answer. Hopeing this is the place to start my journey to solving this "feature"
Wanted to ask here first before asking rackspace.

From you description, what does " outlook online " mean? Outlook.com or OWA?

They log into outlook.office.com

Thanks for replying to me at your earliest convenience.From the information you shared, I cannot determine the account type you are currently using as outlook.office.com can be accessed by various types of accounts.
Please understand that the "office- outlook-itpro" tag mainly focuses on questions related to outlook desktop client and I know little about Rackspace.
For the issue you are experiencing, if you are using a personal account of outlook.com, in order to better solve your problem, it is suggested that you post your case in dedicated forum for Outlook.com. If your email account is managed by rackspace as indicated in your original post, it would be more appropriate to directly try contacting the support of rackspace.Thanks for your understanding and hope your problem will be resolved soon.
