In Azure DevOps Wiki, this seems not to be working correctly. I can move a folder down 1 row but when I attempt to move the same folder down 1 row again, the selected (highlighted) folder moves up. Maybe someone could tell me if this is proper or a defect? Maybe it's user error but I have followed the instructions as published. If this is proper action, what is the work around?
