Unable to login in windows 10 with GoDaddy based Azure AD user

Hi All,

I'm setting up a new Win 10 laptop to use my GoDaddy based AAD credentials as my Windows logon user. During the initial setup, I chose the join an organization as opposed to personal install and entered my OS365 credentials and authentication key etc but later when I am prompted to log into Windows 10, I get a strange 'We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later' error. I have read that this is a known issue with GoDaddy and is something to do with federated users, but GoDaddy have washed their hands of this completely and say its not their issue.

Is there anyway round this (maybe by moving O365 from GoDaddy to Microsoft?).

Regards,

Mark

Afaik GoDaddy use a fairly limited version of O365, with many features unavailable. Of course, it's best to work with their support on this, at least until you get a proper supported/unsupported answer.
