A way to create a task with mandatory feature link and have no orphan tasks

Question

A way to create a task with mandatory feature link and have no orphan tasks .
Currently I can create a task and save it. But , I should be able to create a task and save it, only when I am able to associate a parent feature to it. How do I setup this rule.
I dont happen to see options to achieve this.
Like this.
Task with this link mandatory - or some field which can pull in links for features.
