Hello, the Windows alert system notified me the presence of

PUABundler:Win32/PiriformBundler

file; pasting it on Google it seems it is a malaware and I am very concerned about it

But I can't find the file associated with the infection, that should be

D:\Downloads\ccsetup551.exe

I have recently plugged in an extern storage disk, a USB key, an SSD card adapter, what could it mean and how am I supposed to behave now?
I have no other protection but the Windows' one.

Any and each advise will be very much appreciated, thanks!

I shall suggest you to download and install Malwarebyte. Run the application to detect the malware.
