How to change console language

My server and SCCM Server is English .

Could some bigmen can help me changing the
cousole language to other language?

    To change the cosole language from English to other language, we can:

    1. Go to download folder. Select Server folder and your language.
    2. Run the file ALPxxxx.msp. Wait while the installation is done.
    3. Change your Windows 10 OS system language.

    STEP1 : Find the installation file :
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\cd.latest
    STEP2 : reinstall by click "splash.html"
