Administrators Setting File Tab Permissions (Teams)

By default, the Files tab in the various channels in Microsoft Teams is set to allow all members to delete and edit files uploaded to that tab. Is there a way for the Administrator of the organization to change this to only allow the owners/moderators to edit/delete these files by default?

    Hi!
    In my experience, you can use Sharepoint permissions levels to complete it. If you are the admin in Teams, go to SharePoint online admin center and set it like the following picture:
