2022-02-02T16:06:42.477+00:00 Hello @Ahmad Munif ,
Another way of downloading the VHD from a subscription is, detach the VHD of the VM and then use azure storage explorer to connect to the storage account that has the disk. For details refer to disks-use-storage-explorer-managed-disks Then upload to the disk to another storage account in the new subscription However, i don't think in your case it is possible as the subscription has been expired.
Depending on the subscription type, a subscription may remain disabled between 1 - 90 days. After which, it's permanently deleted. For more information, see Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription.
