Finnaly, i create storage account, then create container. i upload my VHD from last account to the container at storage as disk.
Can you help me, how to use the disk to create VM as primary disk?

    Hello @Ahmad Munif ,

Another way of downloading the VHD from a subscription is, detach the VHD of the VM and then use azure storage explorer to connect to the storage account that has the disk. For details refer to disks-use-storage-explorer-managed-disks Then upload to the disk to another storage account in the new subscription However, i don't think in your case it is possible as the subscription has been expired.

Depending on the subscription type, a subscription may remain disabled between 1 - 90 days. After which, it's permanently deleted. For more information, see Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription.
