Why windows 11 can not be installed on an Intel I7-4710MQ Processor?

When I run a test, says that my Intel I7-4710MQ processor is not compatible with windows 11, why? Are you planning to include it?

    The change from Windows 10 to Windows 11 is to make major improvements in Security, Performance, and Reliability.

    Windows 11 can run on most computers in either a supported or unsupported fashion.

    In the unsupported fashion one or more parameters did not meet the compatibility check criteria.

    These computers while they may be able to run Windows 11 may not have the optimal improvements in each Security, Performance, and Reliability.

    here is an updated list with the supported processors from January 2022 and the processor mentioned is not inncluded:
