What Will Happen To The MSOnline And AzureAD PowerShell modules on 30th June 2022?

We need a clear statement about what is happening to these modules on 30th June 2022.

Speculation is rife in the PowerShell and Sys Admin communities about the effect of the retirement of the Azure AD Graph API on these modules and ranges
from: only the licensing cmdlets are affected
and: they'll be around for another two years
to: they'll stop working completely

If you don't appreciate the confusion around this: the tweet linking to the article says they'll stop working, the author of the article says they'll be around for another two years.

Please may we have a clear, official announcement about the future of these modules with an explicit statement about what to expect on the 30th June 2022. The speculation needs to end.
