visual studio cannot start debugging because the debug target

Please help me to understand why this problem occurs and what is the solution

    Could you share us more information about issue, such as error massage and screenshot about issue?
    If you mean the issue is the error that cannot start debugging because the debug target ‘’ is missing, please check the possible solutions in the similar thread which might help:

    Please make sure that output path of project is correct (Project > Properties > Build > Output path)
    Go to Build > Configuration Manager, and make sure the project has selected the Build.
    Then rebuild the project and see.
