Booking App not showing name, number, notes

When someone schedules a meeting with me, even tho the booking page asks for name, number, email, and notes, this information does not display in my calendar. I have meetings on my cal that I cannot remember who with or the context. I have seen other posts to, "give it time" but I've had the account for some time now and no joy.
