Hanging error or blue screen when plugging in usb devices (USB, mouse, keyboard)

Hello everyone. My laptop DELL Latitude 7490 every time I plug in the USB, it crashes or blue screen of WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_EROR error. I've tried with mouse and keyboard and it's the same. I have had this error for a long time, I tried reinstalling windows a few months ago but this situation is still happening. Sometimes a mouse can be plugged in, but rarely. I tried plugging in Safe Mode and BIOS Menu, the mouse and keyboard both work normally. May everyone help you.168749-image.png

    Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
    Try open start and run the system using Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

    If not enable services one by one to identify which one causing this issue.
