2중 결제로 인한 환불받고 싶어요

기존 <redacted e-mail>계정으로 office362를 구매해서
이용중 새로 노트북을 구입해서
365를 설치하려고 기존계정으로 로그인후 실수로 다시 유료서비스에 가입하여 비용이 청구되어 그냥 기존노트북을 이용하기로 하여 기존결제한것이 아닌 신규결재한것을 결제설치후 바로 취소하였기에 그청구분을 환불받기를 희망함
