Issue with Hyper-v cluster

We're experiencing an intermittent issue with an Hyper-v cluster 2016 witch ISCSI storage.
Randomly we see that the hosts seems to "freeze" while accessing the disks, refreshing them in the disk tab does not show the property, and the VM are shown in loading state.
We found that also the "networking" shows as loading

    Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    I can understand you are facing issue with Hyper-V Cluster storage issue.

    1. Please check on to SAN storage Disk I/O utilization as it could be because if any of your VM consuming more I/O on your Storage for example File server or SQL server.
    2. Please check your iSCSI network or Teaming throughput and it should be adequate to handle large Disk I/O requests.
    3. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    4. Please check and try to STOP or Disable any Backup application is running during this time.
