MS Teams meeting recording controls and events (start/stop)

Question

I have a requirement to programmatically know when an Microsoft Teams meeting recording starts and ends. Can this be done either on backend server (using webhook etc.) or in Teams tab/meeting extension?

It is not possible to get the start and end times of a Microsoft Teams meeting recording. However you can get the meeting recording itself.
