I can understand you are facing issue with your CSV during Live migration to other Node.
- Ensure all network interface card (NIC) drivers and firmware are up to date.
- Ensure all fiber host bus adapters (HBA) drivers and firmware are up to date.
- Please check connections of your CSV connected using iSCSI or using Fiber channel and also Multiple path enabled and MPIO feature is installed.
- It's advisable to run Cluster validation at maintenance time, and check the validation report if there's any errors with the storage or network.
- Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
