After installing windows 10 1903 update, my display, sound drivers were not functioning and also the .exe was not running, I was forced uninstall the os

    You just need to click Download tool and will help you upgrading your system.

    Before going further, I would appreciate your help in clarifying the following situations:
    How was the update installed? Trough ISO file?

    You could try running the Troubleshooter:
    Go to Settings>Update & Security>Troubleshooting

    Also, you could install the update in Clean Boot.
