Is it VISIO edit enabled at Office Online Cloud for WOPI hosts?

Hello,

we have a WOPI integration with Office Online which is working properly for pptx, docx and xlsx, but when opening vsdx files we get the following error:

We see in the WOPI discovery XML that vsdx edit url doesn't contain "IsLicensedUser=BUSINESS_USER".

Also when there is no Microsoft session active in the browser, for other documents the WOPI url redirects to office.live.com login prompt (https://office.live.com/start/....), but this redirect is not happening for Visio.

Is it possible to enable Visio WOPI edit functionality?

Hi,
In my opinion, Visio is not the free product to edit. Do you need to login the account to edit Visio file? If yes, you can check the Account if enable using Visio. You can refer to this support article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/install-visio-or-access-visio-for-the-web-f98f21e3-aa02-4827-9167-ddab5b025710#VisioInstall=Visio_for_the_web
This might be the reason of your problem.
