Good afternoon,

I have searched for an answer to my question and its either not possible or I am not searching for the right information so here goes.

I have a single domain contoso.com

I have two exchange servers in the same domain.

Is there a way to have both exchange servers synchronize user mailboxes and based on site/subnet service the users mail requests?

Ideally, I would like to not move user's mailboxes based on the site/subnet they are associated to for a specific exchange server. but have the exchange servers sync user's mailboxes as if they were both one mail server.

If this is not possible then I will perform the necessary mailbox move for the users.

Thank You in advance.
Mr. Mac.

Hi there, syncing mailboxes between servers is not possible, not. the mailbox can only exist in one database at any one time , mounted on one server.

You can sync databases however using database availability groups, but that isnt the same thing of course.
