Server 2003 not booting. Stops at black screen with random colored blocks

Old ProLiant Ml370 G4 with server 2003 won't boot. Tried hot swapping drive that was red. Did not work. Stops at black screen with colored blocks. Any suggestions. Here is video of it booting.:

    Might try F8 at start up and Safe Mode boot, or boot the install media and Repair

    See if this HP software can be used on the server > post images or share links into this thread

    Find a bootable flash drive with free space.

    Download and install onto the flash drive:
    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp135501-136000/sp135884.exe

    Insert the bootable USB flash drive into the applicable port on the problematic computer.

    Power on and repetitively click F9 > select the USB flash drive > system > extensive > loop until error > run overnight > take pictures with a camera or smartphone camera > post images or share links of the tests performed with results into this thread

    For share links please use one drive, drop box, or google drive.
