Teams Recurring Meeting Conference ID

I have created a monthly recurring meeting. Today several people could not access the audio. The message was the conference couldn't be found. The video link worked fine. According to what I found on Microsoft.com each time you start or update a meeting the Conference ID expiration extends by this much time:

Recurring with no end time Start time + 60 days 60 days
Recurring with end time End time of last occurrence + 60 days 60 days

The first occurrence of the meeting was 6/17/2020. The Conference ID should have been good for 60 days. Given that we held a meeting again on 7/15/2020 the expiration should have extended for another 60 days.

Do I have to get a new Conference ID every month?

    Hi PatUSF-2878,

Do all the people have the same issue?

As I know, for the recurring Teams meeting, the conference ID will be static.

Please check if the meeting organizer create a new Teams meeting which has the same conference ID.

As a workaround, you can try to reset the conference ID by this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/see-change-and-reset-a-conference-id-assigned-to-a-user-in-teams.
