No N series VM available.

I needed a VM to work on Auto Cad 2020 which demands a NVIDIA Graphics driver. But I couldnt find any N series VM available. Need your support, If I'm missing anything to check.

Hi @Sibi Chakaravarthi Murugesan , I looked up a little more into this and I have found out that for N series VM family size, the vCPU quota limit is set to 0 by default in Azure subscriptions. To enable the N series VM family, you will have to request for a vCPU quota increase in an available region. Your request will be reviewed and approved accordingly by the subscription and billing team. Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft QnA.
N series VMs are not available in all regions. You could check the region wise availability here and try deploying the VM to some other region where the VM size is available. Please check the below images for reference.

You will not be able to deploy a N series VM to a region where it is not available. You can only deploy a N series VM to a region where it is available, however, the vCPU quota might be insufficient at times as mentioned here - sizes-gpu, but you can open a support request with Azure support and they shall increase the limit for your subscription.

@srbhatta-MSFT I tried all regions those are available in the drop down. N series are not available. But it says a validation message that NotAvailableForSubcription. I'm in Pay-as-you-Go Subscription only.

Am I missing anything to check.

Hi @Sibi Chakaravarthi Murugesan , are you not able to find any N series VM when you search for it in the available regions in which you are deploying the VM?
Create Virtual machine -> select appropriate region where you want to deploy the VM and which supports N series VM sies -> select 'see all sizes' under VM size, then search with N series. Do you not see any N series VM size in any of the available regions?
