Please, I need your assistance on this.

    This error is due to your Regional Settings. I recall that I ran into this error because my Regional Settings were set to English (Sweden), because Windows seemed to recommend that. Once I changed the settings to Swedish (Sweden), everything changed as it should.

    If I remember correctly from a previous post of yours, I would guess that your regional setting is English (Nigeria), which certainly makes a lot more sense than English (Sweden). So if you change it to English (United Kingdom), things should work better. (I would guess that gives more or less the same experience.)
