Lost access to azure subscription

Hi,

I'm facing an issue due to an error with Azure-AD Connect last week. Due to the error we had to delete my Adminaccount, which was cloudonly before. Now it is directory-synced. But we forgot that we had an Azure-Subsripction with only my Adminaccount (the cloudonly one).
Now I'm not seeing this subscription anymore und I don't know how to get it back. I'm not able to open a supportticket in Azure-Portal because the Subscription is not there anymore.
Does anyone have any advise how to get this solved?
