Outlook calendar display issue in Mail window

2022-01-28T13:51:14.817+00:00

When in Mail view in Outlook you can typically hover over the calendar view icon [bottom left of screen] and it would normally display your meetings for the day in descending order.

Another way to display your meetings in Mail view is to go through the menus at the top View> Layout >To-Do Bar> Calendar. This will display a calendar pop-up on the right side of the mail view window without having to go into the Calendar view window.

My account is showing neither despite my calendar being full for today and next week. I have attached pictures that clearly show this discrepancy for both issues.

I do not know how to fix this and the forums do not address this.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @Henderson, Ivan (GE Gas Power, consultant)

    I deleted the screenshots because it contains some private information.

    From the screenshots, I note that you configure two email accounts in one Outlook profile. This issue is caused by that Outlook only display the calendar information for default account. We could change this setting via the followings:
    File->Account Settings->Data Files
    You could set the email account which calendar you want to display in To-Do-Bar as the default

    Then you could see the calendar normally. If it is not update immediately, you could restart Outlook and try again.
