cannot created Azure Student account

I am student from RKDF UNIVERSITY BHOPAL (2019-22) last year .i cannot create azure student account college email not recognizing(rkdfuniversitybpl@Stuff .com). i said Your email domain is not currently registered with us. You can choose another verification method.
so college website https://www.rkdf.ac.in/
so create azure student account?.i need for Future Ready Talent project submission. i need completed before feb 5.also i id card proof.169488-vedica-id-card.pdf so how created azure account?
