WSUS server 2019 cleanup wizard "Database Error"

I have a WSUS server 2019 that has been running to some years now. When I try and run the "Server Cleanup Wizard" I receive the below error message. Instead of checking off all of the boxes , I tried checking them off one at a time and running the wizard, but I get the same error message. I have plenty of space on the hard drive with 71% free left.

    Hi,

    Here is a quite similar issue.
    Windows Server Update Service (WSUS) – Error: Database Error

    If the problem persists, please check the application event in Event Viewer, to see if there is any relate event.
