Hi,

I ran the cmdlet Set-Clutter -Identity "taryz@jaswant .onmicrosoft.com" -Enable $true. It returns the exception
--->

The defaultFolder cannot be created by XSO (it does not have CanCreate behavior). defaultFolder = Clutter,
IsDelegatedLogon = False, IsOwnerLogon = False, Is defaultFolderData = HasInitialized=True,
IdInitialized=True,
InitializationException=,
FolderId=,

    I see the same thing, even after I disabled the focus inbox.
    Note: Clutter is no longer actively supported and is still on the radar to be removed, so this may be expected;

    I am in the same situation: ran the set-clutter cmdlet and received the "...CannotCreateDefaultFolderException..." error.

    I submitted a ticket to Microsoft. Their tech told me to run some tests on the powershell. It said my organization was "dehydrated" and needed to run another cmdlet Enable-OrganizationCustomization. So I did that and waited 15 minutes to run the set-clutter cmdlet again. Same error.

    Looks like there is no way to get it working again.
