Hi,
I would like to report a bug in Outlook on the web calendar timezone on exchange server 2019 CU11.
It has been identified that this problem only occurs in Outlook on the web (OWA) when the exchange of invitation messages is applied for the whole day between an external organization with Microsoft Exchange Server, the GMT is converted as for example in Brazil the GMT - 0300, so the calendar time decreases -3 hours from 00AM to 21PM. This does not occur with the Microsoft Outlook application.
This only occurs in appointments that are scheduled for the whole day and that are sent to any external organization and finally the invitation is accepted by the participant. In Outlook on the web the event time is shortened by the local GMT value.
