I am trying to get Teams app to work on my iPhone. Every time I login it will start the SSO page without giving me an option to enter the new password. How do I workaround this issue on the phone?
Teams is so problematic! It is such a bad application and it is a joke to use it for the enterprise collaborations.

Thanks Jimmy for your response. My issue is I had to change the company NT password. Ever since then the Teams on iphone stopped working. I think somewhere on the phone it cached the old password. I have been researching and did all sorts of fixes including removing the cache, removing the app and reinstall, etc. None seemed to be able to fix this issue.
Can you please provide a complete checklist in terms of how to refresh iphone from the old cached password? I tried everything I could and don't know what to do next. I tried to use office.com to login to MS365, it launched the same SSO page without giving me the password field. I goes on and on and eventually gives a login error page.
Hi @Li, Wei
Maybe you could try to clear Teams data to see if it could be fixed. In this blog, it shows the detailed steps for your reference.

Thanks Jimmy. I followed steps to clear the cache and data for both safari and Teams. The issue continues. Is there anything else I need to check? If the issue exists for me I am sure this happens to the other users as well. Do you think this is related to my account on the server or is this only related to the iphone setup? I am trying to isolate the issue but not sure where to start.

Sorry for the delay response.
So is this problem is only occurred in your IOS device, right? What about in Windows 10?
Yes, only on my phone. It happened couple of times on my laptop as well. After removing the cache and followed the steps to cleanup it started to work again on the laptop. On the iphone though it does not work no matter what I did. :(

Did you ever resolve the issue? We're experiencing the same thing with an employee's iphone teams app not accepting the new password set on the network, despite doing everything you've outlined in this thread

I did a reset on my phone: General - Reset -Reset Network Settings, it seemed to clear the cache and allowed me to login using the new password.
