Unable to complete the AZ-900 exam due to technical issue

Due to some technical issues my microphone was not working on Pearson VUE application.
Then the instructor asked me to restart the application and after doing that also my microphone did not work.
Then the instructor asked me to switch to another device. When I tried with another device exam link was expired.
Now I am unable to reschedule the exam.
Please help me out here .
