Security Baseline Change version not possible

ANy idea why I can't change the version? I try to avoid to re-create the baseline, seems like I need to do this few times in a year.

    From your image, I see the select a security baseline to update to is greyed out. Through experiments, I found that as long as it is the latest version, it will be like this：

    I didn't find any information to update the version automatically, manual changes seem to be necessary, take a look at this：

    November 2021 is still the last release.
