Authenticator Log-In Attempts Not me

Every so often I wake up to one or two windows Authenticator notifications requesting a log-in. These are not me, should I be concerned about someone trying to access my information?

    First things first - change your password.
    Is this a corporate account? If yes - ask your IT. They can help you.
    You can also look yourself https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/view-your-work-or-school-account-sign-in-activity-from-my-sign-ins-9e7d108c-8e3f-42aa-ac3a-bca892898972

    If it is a personal account - change your password (if you have the same elsewhere - there too).
