Unable to print from Microsoft Photos

I cannot print images in Windows 10 Photos app. Paint and Paint 3D can print images without a problem. Did a reset and repair of Photos app to no avail. Also removed Microsoft Photos via power shell then reinstalled Microsoft Photos from Microsoft store. Still the printer dialogue box will not open when you click on the printer icon or when you select print from the side menu. There was a recent problem trying to print to OneNote Desktop from Photos when the printer dialogue box opened. Now that dialogue box won't open. I am suspecting a problem with one of the services, but that is just a guess. These problems started as a result of using Firefox browsers' Sceenshot function, then downloading that image, then opening the .png file in Photos then attempting to print to OneNote Desktop, trying to save a copy of a receipt to OneNote. I have been doing this for years with no problem. I have already reinstalled OneNote and Firefox, along with photos. I've read many of the older posts on this and am at a loss. Not sure if it is related to OneNote 2016, or OneNote Windows 10..... Any ideas?

Make Microsoft Photos as default app and recheck the issue.
