The pertinent files are Summary.txt and detail.txt. Most likely you will find .NET exception stack dump in the latter. Beware that detail.txt is very verbose.

We get start from SQL server setup log when troubleshooting SQL server installation issues. Please share us the SQL server setup log for us. The log is located in the folder that your screenshot mentioned. Summery and Detail log.

You see "The system cannot find the path specified" message when some files of SQL Server basic component couldn't be accessed/located. It is because these files access is denied or they are corrupted. Please check your SQL server setup log. It may have missing file info.
To resolve this issue please try to uninstall SQL server, then reinstall by running the SQL Server installation media as an administrator. Please find below some helpful links.
